About Minut
Keep your home safe and your neighbors happy while respecting your guests' privacy. Only Minut gives you the full insight you need to protect your homes.
• Noise and occupancy monitoring: Prevent parties, damage and neighbor complaints. Minut will alert you if it detects noise and/or crowding in your property.
• Outdoor mode: Monitor outdoor noise, temperature and humidity. Our AudioID feature filters out wind noise, giving you data you can really trust.
• Guest experience: Automate guest communication to make check-ins and check-outs easier. Track temperature and humidity to ensure your guests have a comfortable stay.
• Home security: Arm a security alarm between bookings, get alerted when the fire alarm goes off and know when your guests arrive.
• Automations and integrations: Win over new customers and protect your business while keeping operations lean. Our integrations include Airbnb, top property management systems, smart locks, Zapier and climate control systems.
• 100% privacy-safe: Minut is built for privacy. It’s camera-free and it doesn’t record any sound or listen to what the guests say or do. It simply tracks sound levels in your property.
